What data we collect.
Only the data you enter in the contact forms: name, email and the information you choose to share (for example company, role, details of the event or of your request).
Why, and on what legal basis.
To reply to your request, on the basis of your consent and of the pre-contractual measures you asked for (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not use the data for newsletters or profiling.
Who can see it.
Requests about AI adoption in companies may be shared with Userbot (Neuraltech S.r.l., a company of the smeup group) so that you get a reply. Messages are sent through an email service provider acting as a data processor.
For how long.
As long as needed to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
Visit statistics.
If enabled, visit statistics are collected in aggregate form and without profiling cookies.
Your rights.
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to ciao@antonio.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
